Code Zero : Gridlock

12 -14 January 2027

Code Zero — Gridlock is an immersive, scenario-led experience designed to simulate a city operating under critical stress conditions. Built around a live “Code Zero” incident, the feature explores how disruptions across transport, infrastructure, and public safety systems unfold—and how they are managed in real time.

The experience brings together control room operations, emergency response coordination and decision-making processes to demonstrate how incidents escalate across interconnected environments. As the scenario progresses, it also highlights how integrated technologies and sponsor-led solutions are deployed to support detection, communication and response.

Focused on operational clarity and real-world application, Code Zero — Gridlock provides a practical view of how cities prepare for, respond to and recover from complex, multi-layered disruptions.

What to Expect

  • A scenario-driven simulation of a city-wide disruption under Code Zero conditions
  • Escalating incidents across interconnected urban systems
  • Live coordination between control rooms, field teams, and authorities
  • High-stakes decision-making in real time
  • A clear view of how resilience is tested—and delivered
  • Demonstration of sponsor and vendor solutions in action, showing how technologies support detection, response, and recovery

Why it Matters?

When cities are pushed to their limits, plans are tested, systems are strained, and response capabilities are put into action.

Code Zero — Gridlock highlights the interdependencies across modern urban environments—where cyber, physical, and operational risks intersect—and demonstrates how effective coordination, supported by the right technologies and systems, enables timely and controlled response.
